"Synergy Sparks" refers to the collaborative interaction between international and local educationists and the interaction between diverse sub components within the field of education that result in an amplified and positive outcome. It embodies the idea that when different components work together harmoniously, they generate a greater impact than they would individually. In essence, synergy sparks signify the dynamic energy and productivity that arises from cooperation and collaboration.

Objective

The Faculty of Education at Lyceum Campus, currently in a phase of expansion, recognizes the importance of implementing educational initiatives to enhance the reputation of both the faculty and the campus within the community. This initiative aims to highlight the academic excellence and potential of the Faculty of Education at Lyceum Campus to local communities in Sri Lanka and on a global scale. By showcasing the quality of educational programs and related services offered by the faculty, we aim to increase awareness and interest in our courses. Furthermore, this endeavor will serve as a platform for the broader Lyceum corporation to promote its various services to a wider audience, thereby creating opportunities for business growth and enhanced visibility.

Nature of the programme

This initiative is envisioned as a comprehensive webinar series spanning a duration of 10 weeks, aligning with a full academic year. Each week will feature a webinar session led by a distinguished expert in the field of education or a related discipline, either locally or internationally recognized.

The topics for each webinar will be announced in advance of the scheduled date. Participants are expected to register online via a Google Sheet, facilitating engagement from both local and international communities. Each webinar session will last for one hour, inclusive of a dedicated question and answer segment moderated by a campus-appointed moderator.
