Completing her primary and secondary education at Ladies’ College, Colombo 07, Minoli Fernando went on to pursue her higher education at the Edith Cowan University – Australia from where she currently holds a Double Major in Business Management and Marketing. Minoli’s corporate career kickstarted in 2014 at Toyota Lanka (Pvt) Limited where she excelled in the field of Customer Relationship Management for over 08 years, managing and overlooking all aspects of the customer journey, ranging from, frontline interaction with a multitude of different types of customers, customer complaint handling to process development focused at enhancing the overall customer experience. Her efforts were recognized globally by the Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan when she won a Champion Award in 2015 under the Customer Relations Category.
A professional Ballet Dancer, with qualifications from the Royal Academy of Dancing (RAD-UK), Minoli is also currently reading for a Professional Qualification in International Air Transport Association (IATA). Minoli currently serves as the Assistant Manager and Team Lead for Customer Experience at Lyceum Placements where she assumed duties in April 2022.
