Dr. Shani De Silva is a senior healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Medical Services at Kings Hospital Colombo. In this role, she oversees clinical governance, medical operations, and the coordination of multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. 
With extensive experience in hospital administration and clinical management, Dr. De Silva plays a key role in maintaining medical standards, improving patient services, and supporting the development of healthcare professionals within the institution. She is actively involved in strategic healthcare initiatives, partnerships, and professional development programs aimed at strengthening healthcare education and clinical practice in Sri Lanka. 

Through her leadership and commitment to excellence, Dr. De Silva contributes significantly to the advancement of patient-centered healthcare services and the continuous improvement of clinical quality at Kings Hospital.
