Nikitha Grero has been a Principal of five branch schools of Lyceum, the largest international school chain in Sri Lanka. He is a part of the success story of the school. Today, Lyceum International School, has 8 branch schools with over 22,000 students on board.

As an influential entrepreneur, he is the Founder and Managing Director of Lyceum Global Holdings, Lyceum Education and NCG Holdings, which consists of 34 companies that caters to different sectors. These sectors are inclusive of Education, Advertising & marketing, Information Technology, Construction, Transportation, Energy, Agriculture, Entertainment, Apparel, Health Care, Lifestyle, Finance, Human Resources, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Mining.
