Along with the passion of continuing her career in General Administration & Process Management, Pabasara continued to follow her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Metropolitan University of Cardiff- Wales. She completed her B.Sc (Special) Degree in Chemistry with a First Class Honours from Institute of Chemistry Ceylon in the year of 2012. Ms. Amarawardena started her career in the field of Chemistry and then took a shift towards general administration while entering the field of Education by starting her career at Sri Lanka Technological Campus as a pioneering member of establishing a private higher education institute specializing in Engineering.
Pabasara was able to pave her way towards being the Registrar and was holding the complete responsibility of smooth functioning of a university and have been engaging in all tasks related to Academic Administration, Examinations, Student Affairs, Corporate Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing & Corporate Communication. Ms. Pabasara is currently engaged with The Lyceum Campus (Private) Limited in the capacity of Head of Student Services/ Registrar and is holding the responsibility of managing the entire life cycle of students enrolled, from registration to graduation.
